Douglas M. Todd is a Shareholder in the Litigation Department. He represents both privately-held and public companies in a wide range of litigation matters.
Doug graduated fourth in his class at Oklahoma City University and received American Jurisprudence awards in Civil Procedure; Conflicts; Contracts; Professional Responsibility; Torts; and Wills and Estates. From June 1995 to September 2002, Doug clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Sam A. Joyner in the Northern District of Oklahoma. He has also served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Tulsa College of Law, coaching the Jessup International Law and Health Law moot court teams as well as teaching appellate advocacy and brief writing. Additionally, Doug is an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University, teaching International Business Transactions.
Born and raised in Rockledge, Florida, Doug lives in Tuttle, Oklahoma, with his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and swimming.
