Jason A. Dunn is an attorney in the Litigation Department. He represents individuals and both privately-held and public companies in a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters.
While in law school, Jason served as the assistant editor-in-chief of the University of Missouri Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. He also authored the article, “Too Sophisticated for Your Own Good: Missouri, Sophisticated Parties and…The Economic Loss Rule,” 68 MO. L. REV. 195 (2003). Before joining Phillips Murrah in 2009, Jason practiced commercial litigation for five years with a well-established Kansas City law firm.
Born in Springfield, Missouri, Jason lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife and three sons. In his free time, he enjoys his family, attending sporting events and outdoor recreation.
