Terry L. Hawkins is a Shareholder in the Business Department and a member of the Firm’s Municipal Finance and Health Care practice groups. He represents state and local municipalities in a wide range of finance matters.
Since 1981, Terry has participated in over 1,200 municipal finance projects across the State. He co-authored Oklahoma Municipal Bonds (3RD ED. 1987; 4TH ED. 1993; 5TH ED. 1995; 6TH ED. 1999) and was recently appointed to the Oklahoma EDGE Fund Board of Investors.
Born in Hobart, Oklahoma, Terry and his wife, Brenda, have a cow-calf operation on 3,400 acres near Mountain View, Oklahoma.
